Mr. Bera exhibited a high degree of responsibility and initiative. In order to do this work in my absence, it was necessary for him to enter and leave the premises daily by use of my keys. He had to engage and disengage my security system and report to one of my neighbors who keeps an eye on my property. Mr. Bera's work was excellent.
